Beverley will initially discuss your requirements and arrange a suitable appointment, when David will visit your home with a full range of appropriate fabric samples.

It is quite possible for customers to view samples at our workshops, but it is generally preferable to see fabrics alongside existing curtains, carpets and wall coverings, for colour co-ordination.

Appointments are arranged to suit clients needs.

When a suitable fabric has been chosen and design, scatter cushion and arm cap requirements have been agreed , an accurate 'full measure' of the furniture is carried out to ensure that the right amount of fabric is ordered.

 At this point, a third deposit of the total cost is requested and the fabric is ordered. Available fabrics arrive within a few days and the work can begin. Your furniture is collected and brought to our workshops. A full suite takes around two to three weeks to complete.

Frequently, chairs and sofas are of identical designs so we will only require the minimum amount of furniture for  fitting purposes.


Loose Cover ------- or ------- Re-cover

Final payment is on completion, after fitting your new covers. You can be assured that, as Members of the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers, the work will be carried out to the highest standard and your furniture will be treated with the care it deserves, plus we are fully Insured against all eventualities.

Costs will vary considerably, according to the size of suite, the amount of fabric required, the fabric price, design and the complexity of the work. So it is not possible to give even general indications of charges. Our aim is to provide the highest quality product, at sensible prices. There is generally little difference between the cost of a set of loose covers and the cost of re-covering a suite.

Estimates are provided free of charge and are inclusive of furniture collection and return.
